WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL

KGANYA BOTSWANA WEBSITE

His Grace the Right Reverend Bishop Dr BE Lekganyane started Kganya in 1990 in South Africa, to protect his congregation against tough financial times when a family member passes away. Then in 1997 Kganya Botswana LTD (KB) was registered as a company limited by guarantee in Botswana. Then in November 2018 Kganya Botswana was registered as an Insurance Agent with Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA), providing funeral and personal accident risk policies underwritten by Botswana Life Insurance Limited.  These policies are offered to Botswana ZCC members, on a voluntary basis.

On the 1st of April 2019 Kganya Botswana commenced offering these policies to Botswana ZCC members and additional benefits for all Committee and Youth Committee Members.

It is important to note that His Grace the Right Reverend Bishop wants every member to be treated fairly, equally and professionally at all times.

You can gain access to the Benefits offered by Kganya Botswana by registering at your local Church. You can also pay your monthly Contributions and Premiums there. Kganya is available at 91 ZCC Church branches in Botswana.

You’re provided with an excellent service for a fair price per month:

P120.00:               Pukwana ya Kganya, which includes your contribution to the ZCC.

You receive cover for Burial and Personal Accident. On average, Kganya pays 95% of members’ claims through the service centres located throughout Botswana.

Furthermore, your journey to Moria is made safer with free benefits like road side assistance and tow in services.

The Kganya Group Values

The Kganya Group makes every effort to subscribe to the following values in the accomplishment of its mission, thereby upholding the reputation of the Kganya brand:

  • Service - We consistently meet our customers’ expectations.
  • Professionalism - We set the highest standards in the workplace regarding attitude, appearance, behaviour and performance.
  • Integrity - We act with honesty and courtesy in our dealings with each other and our customers.
  • Commitment - The company’s mission has the full support and backing of all its employees.
Examples do more than decorate an explanation: they show how an abstract rule behaves when applied to a recognizable situation. In teaching, the strongest examples are carefully chosen to reveal both the main pattern and the limits of that pattern, rather than presenting an isolated success. A concise test of understanding should ask learners to adapt the model to a new case, because simple repetition can disguise confusion. Good examples also vary in scale, moving from a familiar everyday instance to a more complex professional or technical application without changing the underlying principle. Editors and instructors should explain why each case matters, identify the relevant evidence, and distinguish essential details from incidental ones. Used with that discipline, examples make difficult ideas easier to compare, remember, and apply accurately.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO SAFEGUARD OUR POLICYHOLDERS

Policyholders must only pay their premiums at Church branches that are registered with Moria.  At no stage can premiums be paid at any unregistered Churches.

Policyholders must never hand over their Payment Book to anyone, the Payment Book is for them, and they must kindly keep it in a safe place.

It remains the policyholder’s responsibility to pay their monthly premium timeously or before the end of the month on days that Church Committee members are available at your Church branch to facilitate your payment. Church Committee members might not be available to assist with payments every day of the month, which includes the last day of the month. Furthermore, policyholders must ensure that they are given a receipt and that the receipt is pasted in your book in the correct space for that month.

Lastly, policyholders’ payment books are not allowed to be kept by the Church Committee members at all.
